Along with management, USA TV purchased WTVA, an NBC and ABC affiliate based in Tupelo, MS. In operation since 1957, WTVA possesses a dominant number one market position in the Columbus-Tupelo-West Point, MS designated market area ("DMA"). Barry Boniface, an MSouth Equity Partner said, "We are very excited about our second investment in the USA TV platform. WTVA is an exceptional station that has been providing leading local news in this region for nearly 60 years and represents a great addition to our existing USA TV station portfolio."
