MSouth Announces the Successful Exit of Power Pro-Tech Services
Atlanta, GA (April 7, 2017) – MSouth Equity Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, announced the sale of Power Pro-Tech Services (“PPT”), a subsidiary of EnergyCo. Holdings, to PowerSecure, a subsidiary of Southern Company. PPT is the largest generator maintenance service provider with an in-house technician force and expertise in the servicing of distributed power systems including generators, switchgear, solar inverters and fuel cells. The Company has a large and loyal customer base in industries ranging from data centers to hospitals, telecommunications, cable, property management, retail and beyond.
