MSouth Closes the Acquisition of Education Networks of America

Atlanta, GA (December 16, 2011) – MSouth Equity Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, announced the closing of its newest investment. In partnership with management, MSouth completed the acquisition of Education Networks of America.

Education Networks of America is based in Nashville, TN and provides value-added managed network services to schools and libraries. The Company provides services to over 5,000 sites, which include approximately 580 school districts serving 3.1 million students, teachers and administrators as well as approximately 240 libraries serving 6.5 million patrons. ENA is nationally-recognized in the education and telecommunications industries as a leading managed network and communication services provider.
