Atlanta, GA (May 14, 2012) – MSouth Equity Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, announces that Barry L. Boniface has joined the firm as a Partner. Prior to joining MSouth, Barry was most recently Chairman and Global Head of Communications and Media M&A at Barclays Capital. Before joining Barclays, Barry was the Chief Strategy and Development Officer at BellSouth, where he had worked closely with MSouth Partner, Mark Feidler.
