MSouth Completes its Investment in USA Television Holdings, LLC

Atlanta, GA (July 15, 2014) – MSouth Equity Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, announced an investment in USA Television Holdings, LLC ("USA TV"), a company focused on acquiring local broadcast television stations in attractive, mid-tier markets in the U.S.

Along with Heartland Media, LLC, a media investment group run by long-time industry executive Bob Prather, USA TV purchased KEZI in Eugene, OR and KDRV in Medford, OR. Both stations are ABC affiliates that possess number one or two market positions and are located in cities with strong underlying economic fundamentals and attractive demographic profiles. Collectively, the two stations reach nearly 1.5 million people daily.
