MSouth Announces Successful Exit of Tachyon
Atlanta, GA (July 1, 2021) – MSouth Equity Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, announced the sale of Source Broadband Services, LLC (dba “Tachyon”) to NextEdge, a Bow River Capital backed telecommunication services platform. Tachyon, based in Roswell, GA, provides design, construction, optimization and maintenance services for owners and operators of fiber and wireless network infrastructure across the Southeastern United States.
